The house is located in the center of Nussdorf in the 19th district.
All stores like bakery, coffee house, delicatessen (also open on Sunday),
Trafik, cobbler, cleaning, laundry, hairdresser, hand and foot care can be reached on foot in 1-3 minutes.
There are wine taverns and restaurants within 5 minutes.
From April-October there is a midget train to Grinzing and Kahlenberg.

One minute away from our house is the terminal station Beethovengang (tram line D).
From here you can get directly to the city center in about 20 minutes without changing trains.
200 meters away is the train station Nussdorf.
