All apartments have free broadband internet connection via W-LAN.
Each apartment is equipped with a ceiling fan.
Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette with microwave oven,
refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils
including pans, pots, plates, cutlery and glasses.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower or bathtub.
Bath towels, hand towels and soap are provided.
Additional equipment such as crib, high chair, iron and ironing board,
umbrella, as well as a washing machine to be used free of charge are at your disposal.
Location & Infrastructure
Our apartments are exclusively non-smoking - apartments and are located in
Vienna, 21st district ( Floridsdorf ), in the Jedleseer Str. 67, in a Viennese district with lots of
green areas only 3 minutes walk from the recreation area Danube & Danube Island.
In close proximity you will find a perfect infrastructure for a pleasant vacation.
Within a radius of only 500 m you will find three supermarkets (!), a bank (BAWAG)
with ATM, a bakery, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, a kiosk
several hairdressers, an ice cream parlor, a pizzeria and other restaurants.
Public transportation
All means of public transport are easily accessible.

Buses leave every 5 minutes from 2 stops, which are only 200 meters from the house.
So you have a connection at any time without waiting. In 5 minutes you have the
U-Bahnhof and S-Bahnhof with U6 and the S-Bahn lines 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 15 reached.
From here you can reach the Praterstern ( Prater ) in 7 minutes by car and
in 10 minutes driving time in Wien Mitte ( historical center of Vienna ).
Thus most of the sights and the historical center are
within 20 - 25 minutes by public transport!
