The emerald village with a lot of charm
A well-preserved village image, an unspoiled character and especially a lot of charm characterize the vacation resort of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the region of Oberpinzgau.
Bramberg is one of the Hohe Tauern National Park communities in Salzburger Land and promises a vacation stay in which, in addition to sporting activities and soothing relaxation, the focus is also on getting to know the mineral wealth for which the resort is world-famous. The Bramberg Habachtal is mainly characterized by its emerald discovery site, which is unique in Europe and attracts numerous amateur mineralogists every year. Bramberg is an Austrian municipality and village in the district of Zell am See (Pinzgau), Salzburger Land. It is located in the region of Oberpinzgau, about 10.5 kilometers from its main town Mittersill and 38 kilometers from the district capital Zell am See, and is one of the municipalities of the Hohe Tauern National Park.
