It is an important building from different medieval construction stages with remarkable baroque altar solution and 45 meters high church tower.

Particularly after the Thirty Years' War, there was a boom and the beginning of a pilgrimage. Due to the declaration of the medicinal spring and the construction of the St. Hedwig spa, the Bründl became more and more popular and known.
Zellhof Castle: Zellhof Castle is now a castle ruin and is located outside the market town of Bad Zell. Originally it served as the seat of important noble families (Jörger, Scherffenberg, Salburg, Saxe-Coburg-Gotha). The farm is mentioned in documents in 1347 (in the possession of the Zellhofers). Frequent changes of ownership and extensions to a noble seat followed. In 1607 the castle passed to the Jörger family, who united it with the Prandegg estate. In the 18th century, the medieval complex was extensively baroqueized and the inner courtyard was remodeled.
Aich Castle: Aich Castle is a former country castle from the 13th century, located about 1.5 km northeast of the village. The castle has a close connection with Windhaag Castle.
Noble seat Zell: The Edelsitz Zell, also called Tannböckhof, gave its name to the village, demolished in 1790.
Habichrigl Castle: Habichrigl Castle is a former castle from the 11th century, located about one kilometer west in the Riegl district. The castle was a fief of the Jörgers before it came under the rule of the Scherffenbergs through sales. Thus, the castle was lordly connected with Zellhof. In the 20th century it was rebuilt and is now a farm.
Pranger Bad Zell: pillory at the market place from the year 1574, on which a statue in knight's armor, sword and shield (on it the coat of arms of the Jörger) stands. It is the only preserved Prangermandl in Upper Austria.
Erdställe: The Erdställe are an underground passage system and were created by man in the course of medieval settlement a good 1000 years ago and are located under the Gasthaus zum Feuchten Eck.
