Sankt Anna am Aigen is a market town in the southeast of Styria in the district of Southeast Styria. On January 1, 2015, the former municipality of Frutten-Gießelsdorf was incorporated as part of the municipal structural reform in Styria. Sankt Anna am Aigen is located about 70 km southeast of Graz, about 25 km southeast of the district capital Feldbach in the East Styrian hill country and about 20 minutes by car from the city of Bad Radkersburg.
