Culture and sights
Catholic parish church Rainbach im Mühlkreis Mariä Himmelfahrt: The four-bay, two-nave nave is the oldest cross-ribbed vault without keystone in the Mühlviertel. At the end of the 15th century, the church tower with its wedge roof was erected in the course of a reconstruction. The church houses stained-glass windows by the artist Margret Bilger from 1963.
Horse-drawn railroad Budweis-Linz-Gmunden near Kerschbaum: 500 meters of original track and an original passenger carriage have been reconstructed.
