Maria-Lanzendorf (with hyphen according to state law) is a municipality with 2235 inhabitants in the district of Bruck an der Leitha in Lower Austria.
The village is a place of pilgrimage to the Virgin Mary. Maria-Lanzendorf is located south of Vienna in the industrial district on the Schwechat. The village borders directly
to the municipality of Lanzendorf. In ancient times, the area was part of the province of Pannonia. In 1871, Maria-Lanzendorf split off from Oberlanzendorf
and formed a new municipality with part of Leopoldsdorf.
