Seekirchen is a town with 11,001 inhabitants in Flachgau in the state of Salzburg in Austria. It is located directly on the Wallersee, opposite Neumarkt am Wallersee. Seekirchen has been documented for over 1300 years, but has only recently been granted municipal law.

    Kulturhaus Emailwerk: The Kulturhaus is run by the Kulturverein KunstBox, a cultural association founded in 2004. The main goals of the Kulturverein KunstBox are to promote cultural activities in Seekirchen and the region and to create the necessary framework for professional cultural work. The association also offers a program geared to the main cultural sectors and a wide range of cultural training opportunities. The cultural association KunstBox is a member of the Dachverband Salzburger Kulturstätten and the IG Kultur Österreich, in the Salzburger Landeskulturbeirat and in the Fachbeirat für Kulturinitiativen Salzburg-Land.
