Traisen factory chapel: The works chapel was founded in 1936 by Heresch, the works secretary at the time, and Brenn, the payroll auditor. After good initial successes, musical activities came to a complete standstill due to the events of the war. In 1942 the band was reorganized by Franz Brenn. He was followed by the bandmasters Johann Brandstätter, Kurt Neugschwendtner, Ludwig Pfandl, Karl Erdinger, Ernst Böckl, Erwin Hofbauer and from 1983 Armin Schaffhauser. At present the orchestra consists of 50 musicians between the ages of ten and seventy-five. Among the most outstanding events in the history of the works band are the outfitting of the band with the miner's costume in 1971, the holding of the district music festivals in 1971, 1986 and 1996 as well as concert trips to Prague, Singen, St.Ulrich/South Tyrol and Stumm in the Zillertal. The annual Barbara Concert became a popular institution in the community. Successes: 12 excellent successes in concert music evaluations (5 times level B, 7 times level C) Honorary prizes in bronze, silver, gold and special prize of the LH of NÖ. Golden conductor pin for Kapellmeister Schaffhauser. Since 1983, only excellent successes (a total of 15) have been achieved at marching music evaluations with the baton conductors Erwin Hofbauer, Armin Schaffhauser and Peter Schubert.
