Welcome to Deutschfeistritz

Deutschfeistritz, a market town with a population of about 4,400, is located about 15 km north of the provincial capital Graz with excellent transport connections to the railroad and higher-level road network. Deutschfeistritz with its structure is one of the most popular residential communities in the north of Graz and offers with its school center, kindergartens and nursery all necessary facilities especially for families.

Our community is also perfectly suited as a starting point for excursions to Graz or to the numerous sights in the surrounding area - especially in the adventure region of Graz. However, the village itself also offers numerous sights: among others, the scythe factory Deutschfeistritz, the open-air museum Stübing, the striking Kirchberg (Calvary) with the parish church St. Martin enthroned on the mountain and many other points are worth a visit.
