Lessach (Lungau dialect: Leassa) is a municipality in the district of Tamsweg in the Austrian state of Salzburg. The municipality of Lessach includes the valley of the Lessachbach. The Lessach rises in the border area with Styria and flows south of the municipality near Tamsweg into the Taurach.

There is a soccer field in Lessach, which is used by FC-Lessach.

In the western part of the village there is a ski-tow lift, which is owned by the local ski club.

At the bottom station of the lift is the start of the cross-country skiing trail. This runs all the way to the "Lessacher-Winkl".
