Altheim is a municipality in Upper Austria in the district of Braunau am Inn in the Innviertel region. Altheim lies at an altitude of about 360 m above sea level in the Inn Valley on the edge of the Innviertel Hills, in the valley of the Mühlheimer Ache (Ach).
