Purbach am Neusiedler See (Hungarian Feketeváros, Croatian Porpuh) in Burgenland (Austria) is a town on the western shore of Lake Neusiedl. Purbach is known for its old town center with historic town wall and its Kellergasse. The town is located in northern Burgenland near the provincial capital Eisenstadt. No other villages belong to the municipality. The Florianisiedlung and the Waldsiedlung in the northwest of Purbach are districts. Parts of the city area are located in the nature park Neusiedler See - Leithagebirge.
