Obsteig is a municipality in the district of Imst in the state of Tyrol (Austria). The municipality is located in the judicial district of Silz. Obsteig is the westernmost municipality of the Mieminger Plateau, above the Upper Inn Valley, at the foot of the Mieminger Mountains.

Culture and sights

    Burg Klamm: Located between Obsteig and Fronhausen, below the road, the castle once guarded the transport route leading up from Mötz and served as "Castle Sonnenstein" in the TV series Bergdoktor. The 25 m high waterfall of the Klammbach can be reached from the castle in a few minutes.
