Our small farm is situated in a traffic-calmed, sunny location only a few hundred (as the crow flies) meters from the center of Filzmoos. From the house either a well-maintained road (1km) or in summer a challenging hiking trail leads to the village center.
Our house Schlossbichl is located at about 1157m in a quiet sunny location, surrounded by forest and meadows. Enjoy the magnificent mountain scenery and the unforgettable panorama from the Dachstein massif and the Gosaukamm with the Bischofsmütze to the Niedere Tauern.
In summer our farm is an ideal starting point for many hikes.

The cozy vacation apartment "Schöne Aussicht" is located in the basement on the south side with garden access and offers space for a maximum of five people in two bedrooms.
