Enjoy your vacation on our farm in a quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the center of Flachau. Our house is located on a hill about 1.5 km from the village center.  Our four cozy vacation apartments are fully equipped.

Our animals on the farm (rabbits, chickens, cats, oxen, pigs) are happy to be petted and fed by our younger guests.

Near the farm is a beautiful toboggan run. Rental toboggans (also with backrest for the little ones) are available. The lifts of Snow Space Salzburg in the heart of in Ski amadé - Austria's biggest skiing pleasure - are about 1.7 km away.

In summer we invite you to relax on our sun terrace or explore the surrounding Salzburg mountains. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails also pass near our house.

After an eventful day in the Salzburg mountains, you can relax wonderfully in our in-house sauna and regain your strength!

Our 4 vacation apartments for 2 - 5 persons are comfortably furnished:

On request we provide crib and high chair.
Use the bread roll service of the local bakery for your vacation breakfast.

Our house is run as a non-smoking house. Please enjoy your cigarette or cigar on the balcony or outside.
Check-In: from 2 p.m., Check-Out: until 10 a.m.
In the hobby room you will find darts, table tennis, table soccer and many toys for our little guests. Children's playroom, sunbathing lawn and a large children's playground a covered barbecue area are also available.
The recreation room offers many books and board games.
In the heated ski and boot room with boot dryer you can dry and store your sports equipment summer and winter.
