Sulzberg is a municipality in the district of Bregenz in the Bregenzerwald region of Austria in Vorarlberg. The municipality of Sulzberg is located on the ridge of the 1041 m high mountain of the same name, in the far north of the Bregenzerwald.
Culture and sights
The parish church of St. Laurence was extended from 1828 to 1829 according to the plans of Alois Negrelli of Moldelbe, using older components in the state Empire style. In the years 1988 to 1991 the church was renovated with the dean Herbert Hehle.
Chapel of St. Leonhard: Of the total of 13 chapels in Sulzberg, the Chapel of St. Leonhard from 1497, which is remarkable from an art-historical point of view, deserves special mention. It stands not far from the present Sulzberg parish church on the road to Doren. The little church originally belonged to the monastery of Kempten (Allgäu).

Marienlinde: A natural monument of Sulzberg is the over 400 year old Marienlinde. It houses a statue of Mary in its trunk, with the inscription, "Mary of Victory, end the war and protect us with your child from the Mary lime tree."
