Things to know
Public transport:
With the bus line 510 (stop Franz-Welte-Weg on the opposite side of the street) you can reach the final station Leopoldau of the subway line U1 in a few minutes, which takes you directly to Stephansplatz and thus to the center of Vienna in about 20 minutes.
Alternatively, you can take bus line 510 (stop Auerbachweg on the same side of the street) to the streetcar terminus in Stammersdorf and from there take streetcar line 31 past the old flak towers to Schottenring. This takes a bit longer (about 45 minutes), but you will see more of the city.

What's nearby:
Here in Gerasdorf there are various doctors, pharmacies and shopping facilities (e.g. G3 and Donauzentrum), as well as cafes and restaurants. Not far away there is a Erste Bank of the Austrian savings banks.
In addition, the Stammersdorfer Kellergasse with the typical Viennese Heurigen (wine taverns) attracts to stop and spend convivial hours with a view of the vineyards and the city.
The nearby Marchfeld Canal Trail or the Bisamberg with its vineyards are inviting for walks, jogging or bicycle tours.
The DreiAnger Regional Park is intended to create a cross-municipal and cross-state recreational area in the northern city region. The regional park stretches from the 21st district via Gerasdorf to the 22nd district, connecting the Bisamberg with the future Norbert Scheed Forest.
