Eben am Achensee is a municipality with 3495 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2023) in the district of Schwaz in Tyrol (Austria). The municipality is located in the judicial district of Schwaz. 
The municipality is located in the Achental valley and partly on the shores of Lake Achensee (above the Unterinntal valley) and is the largest municipality in the district of Schwaz in terms of area. The municipality 
consists of the main town of Maurach and the villages of Bächental, Hinterriß and Pertisau.
