Innerkrems is a village in the municipality of Krems in Carinthia in the district of Spittal an der Drau.

The village is the starting point of the Nockalm Road in the Salzburg Lungau and Carinthian Nockberge Biosphere Park. The Schönfeldsattel offers a passage into the Bundschuh. Innerkrems is also a vacation destination in summer, but mainly a winter sports resort. In 1996 the Alpine Performance Center Innerkrems was founded. Athletes of the ÖSV, but also many foreign teams train here in winter.

45 km of slopes, a 4-seater chairlift, a double chairlift, six T-bar lifts and two practice lifts are available to skiers here. In summer, a high ropes park with five different courses up to 27 meters high and two rope slides is operated.
