You can ski directly from our house to the valley station of the new Steinbergbahn and return via a beautiful slope. In addition, a practice lift, a ski school, the winter hiking trail and the restaurant "Kraller Alm" is right next to our house!
In summer our house is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes and bike tours and is close to the Bikepark Leogang. You can get to the Bikepark Leogang with your bike in only 5-10 minutes and back again via a bike track. In addition, the Steinbergbahn is right next to our house.

NEW!!! Directly next to our house is the Steinbergbahn (10-person gondola) - feeder to the ski area Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm. You can ski down to the valley station and ski over the new slope again directly to the house. In addition, right next to our house is a practice lift (especially recommended for small children and beginners), the Altenberger ski school, the Kralleralm adventure restaurant, the winter hiking trail and a cross-country ski trail.
