The cozy comfort of our apartments invites you to relax. And the view of the magnificent Gastein mountains - from the room window, from the balcony - always impresses this beautiful view.
In our garden playground equipment for the children, table tennis table. You can store your ski equipment in our own ski room, and there are plenty of free parking spaces directly at the house.

Location and surroundings

The location - pleasantly quiet and sunny in one of the most livable valleys in Austria, the Gastein Valley, in a beautiful landscape. Only a few minutes to the Schloßalm mountain railroad, to the ski and hiking center Angertal, to the cross-country skiing trails, to the center with the famous Alpentherme.
Therapies for your health, for your well-being? Next to our vacation home Anger you will find the Physiogastein.
Shopping close by - a short morning walk leads to several grocery stores with fresh pastries and golden brown rolls. In a few minutes you can reach your desired destination.

On the balconies of our beautiful apartments the dreaming begins, the desire for nature, with indescribable views:

In the south-east greets the Gamskarkogel, with almost 2500 m the highest grass mountain in Europe. A hikeable destination. With a little luck, a herd of chamois crosses the path. At the summit, the well-deserved reward: a hearty Brettljause and a homebrew. The view into the valley - incredible and special.

To the south-west, the view goes to the Schloßalm, which from December 2018 will quickly transport skiers and hikers to the summit at 2200 m with the spectacular new gondola lift.

In the south-south-west greets the Angertal (10 minutes by car). Wildly romantic, crossed by the Angerbach stream, you can still find a lump of gold now and then, just as the gold miners used to do. In winter it is an Eldorado for skiers. The 3 large cable cars take the skiers to the heights, there are hardly any waiting times. Kilometers of slopes allow feather-light turns through the snow. Indescribably beautiful.

Cross-country ski trails: 5 minutes walk to the sports field trail; Kurpark trail with floodlights, Angertal trail, high-altitude trails in Sportgastein, ...

Ski lifts: 15 minutes walk (Schloßalm) or 10 minutes drive to the Schloßalm and the Angertal (= ski and hiking center)

Town center: 15 minutes by foot or with the free Citybus, the bus stop is in front of our house

Public bus stop: 3 minutes on foot

Our house is located between Bad Hofgastein and Bad Gastein.
Ideal starting point for hiking and excursions in the beautiful Gastein mountains.
Particularly convenient location to the ski center Angertal, the connection Schlossalm-Stubnerkogel.
Each accommodation unit consists of kitchen-living room, partly two separate bedrooms.
