Sonnenalpe Nassfeld is a district located immediately north of the Nassfeld Pass in the municipality of Hermagor-Pressegger See in the province of Carinthia in the Republic of Austria. The village is characterized by winter tourism and has 36 inhabitants.
Just like the villages Pressegger See and Sonnleitn, which also belong to the municipality, Sonnenalpe Nassfeld is a village whose origins go back to tourism. The center of the village is located at an altitude of about 1510 meters above sea level, the highest part of the village is located at an altitude of 1530 meters above sea level on the Nassfeld Pass, right on the state border with Italy.
