Waidring is a municipality in the Austrian state of Tyrol at the foot of the Loferer Steinberge and the Steinplatte. The municipality is located in the judicial district and district of Kitzbühel. The village is located at the border triangle with Bavaria and Salzburg, in the Strubtal (Loferbach/Haselbach).
