Bad Hall is a municipality and spa town in Upper Austria in the district of Steyr-Land in the Traunviertel region. Bad Hall is located about 30 km south of the Upper Austrian provincial capital Linz and just under 20 road kilometers west of Steyr.

Kurpark Bad Hall:laid out between 1855 and 1857 as a landscape garden (then: Badgarten) by Josef Runkel (1817-1899), the court gardener of the Kremsmünster Abbey[10]

Bad Hall Municipal Theater: the theater's main focus is opera, operetta and musical performances.
Forum Hall: Three museums are located in the Forum Hall: the Heimatmuseum, the Haustürensammlung and the Handwerkermuseum. The museum of local history shows the development of Bad Hall from a craftsmen's settlement to a health resort. The house door collection shows old craftsmanship by means of more than 100 doors. The craftsmen's museum shows 23 rural crafts, furthermore a documentation of the structural change of the crafts.
Music
Spa concerts: Bad Hall regularly hosts spa concerts with the Bad Hall Spa Orchestra. The orchestra goes back to the Cur-Musikkapelle, which was founded in 1855. The most famous conductor of the spa orchestra was Gustav Mahler.
