The country house Niederseer is situated in a quiet and sunny location, not far from the center of Hinterglemm. We offer in our house three rooms and one vacation apartment, which have been awarded with 4-Edelweiß. We are very happy to be able to offer our guests comfortable accommodation. Each room has access to a balcony with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains of Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

Our accommodations are located in close proximity to the Zwölferkogelbahn - so a direct start to the hiking and skiing paradise "Home of Lässig" is guaranteed. Our modern vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Landhaus Niederseer in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. With a living space of 52 m², the three-room vacation apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people. The two double rooms are separated by a sliding door, so you have your own retreat in the vacation apartment. The bathroom is located right next to one of the two rooms. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin with a vanity mirror and hairdryer. In the living/dining area, there is a comfortable couch as well as a nice dining area. The fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and egg boiler leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, you have access to our terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and the unique mountain landscape of the vacation region Saalbach-Hinterglemm in summer.
